Our phytocosmetics are 100% Made in Italy, formulated and prepared in accordance with the Good Manufacturing Practices - GMP guidelines (certificate no. 139201-2013-AQ-ITA-DNV).

L'Erbolario has never outsourced any production phase to third countries.

Our phytocosmetics are processed at our production site, nestled in the lush greenery of the Adda Sud Natural Park, just outside Lodi. Here, our Extracts Laboratory and Research and Development Laboratory select the finest ingredients to formulate products rich in plant-derived active ingredients. Our Production and Packaging departments transform the raw materials into finished products, and from our Logistics Hub, the goods are shipped to our customers worldwide.

Just as we've followed our product's entire lifecycle, right up to shipping, we want to do the same once it reaches our customers' homes. That's why we've decided to keep Customer Service in-house, employing a team of collaborators who work closely with the various departments and are always available to answer a wide range of requests with expertise and courtesy.
